For freight brokers, 3PLs & forwarders — USA
New shippers on your calendar. Not leads — booked meetings.
AVANTAI builds and operates your outbound system end to end: verified shipper data, sending infrastructure that protects your domain, sequences written in freight language, and qualified meetings booked straight into your calendar.
Built by the founder of a European freight brokerage — nine years quoting lanes, chasing shippers and defending margins.
You know this story
Your book of business is three shippers deep — and everyone in this industry knows what happens when one of them walks.
Load boards are a price war. The margin lives with direct shippers, and nobody on your team has time to prospect them.
A freight sales rep runs $60-80k a year before they book their first meeting — and the good ones are hard to find and harder to keep.
Referrals built the business. Referrals don't scale it.
How it works
One system, operated for you. Your team takes the meetings; we do everything before that.
The system
From first email to a meeting on your calendar
A verified list of shippers that fit your lanes and verticals — industry, volume signals, hiring activity. Real decision-makers, not scraped spam lists.
Secondary domains, warmed inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC done right. Your main domain never touches cold outreach.
A 5-touch email sequence plus LinkedIn on priority accounts — written in freight language by someone who has quoted freight, and tested weekly against reply data.
Every reply gets worked. Interested shippers are qualified against your ICP and booked directly into your calendar with full context.
A weekly scoreboard you can read in one minute: sent, replies, positive replies, meetings booked, meetings held.
Subject: quick question about your shipper mix
Hi [Name] — I ran a freight brokerage for nine years, so I'll keep this short.
Most brokers I talk to live off 3-4 shippers and a load board. If losing one account would hurt, that's usually the sign.
We book qualified first calls with direct shippers that fit your lanes. Your team closes; we fill the calendar.

What counts as a qualified meeting
Agreed in writing before we start: a decision-maker or genuine influencer for logistics or purchasing, at a shipper with volume relevant to your operation, who accepts a discovery call and shows up. Anything less doesn't count — and doesn't get billed.
Why us
Built by a broker, not a marketer
AVANTAI's founder has spent nine years running Cargoback, a freight brokerage in Spain — around €2M a year and more than 1,800 customers served: quoting lanes, fighting for margin, chasing PODs, and winning shippers away from incumbents. We know why a shipper answers an email — and why they delete most of them.
That's the difference you'll hear in the copy. Our sequences don't sound like marketing automation, because the person behind them has sat on your side of the desk. The AI in our stack does the heavy lifting; the freight judgement is human.
Transparency
What you see every week
No dashboards you'll never open. One weekly report with the numbers that matter:
Emails delivered and reply rate — with deliverability health
Positive replies and objections we're hearing (verbatim)
Meetings booked and meetings held, against target
What we're changing next week, and why
The deal
You close. We fill the calendar.
One-time setup + monthly operation + a per-meeting-held component. Incentives aligned: a meaningful part of our income only exists when qualified shippers actually show up on your calendar.
Enough time for warm-up and iteration; short enough to keep us honest. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
The written definition of a qualified meeting is part of the agreement — no grey areas at invoice time.
Reduced terms for the first brokers in exchange for a documented case study. Pricing is set on the discovery call — in dollars.
What we don't sell: hours, dashboards or 'brand awareness'. If a meeting doesn't fit the definition, it isn't billed.
Broker questions
We already have salespeople. Why would we need this?
Perfect — this exists for them. The system fills their calendar with qualified first conversations so they spend their time selling, not prospecting. It replaces the empty top of the funnel, not your team.
How fast do meetings start coming?
Weeks 1-3 are setup and inbox warm-up — skipping that burns domains and money. Sequences start in week 3-4; meetings typically follow as replies build. We give you an honest ramp on the discovery call, not a fantasy.
Where does your data come from?
Commercial B2B databases plus manual verification. Every email is verified before it's loaded. We target companies and roles that fit your ICP — no bought bulk lists.
What do you need from us?
Two things: 30 minutes a week (approve copy, review the scoreboard) and a calendar to book into. We handle data, infrastructure, sending, replies and scheduling.
Is cold email even legal in the US?
Yes. B2B cold email is legal in the US under CAN-SPAM: accurate sender information, no deceptive subject lines, an opt-out honored promptly. Our sequences comply by design.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No — anyone who guarantees outcomes on channels they don't fully control is selling you something else. What we offer instead: aligned incentives (per-meeting component), a written definition, weekly transparency and a 30-day exit.
