AI Outbound Systems
Outbound at scale with real per-account personalization. AI prepares the message and the context; strategy and review stay human.
An AI outbound system combines verified data, protected sending infrastructure and per-account personalized messaging to open sales conversations at scale. The AI researches each company and prepares the context for the message; strategy, angles and final review stay human. It's outbound with the relevance of one-to-one and the execution capacity of a system.
The problem it solves
Traditional outbound fails at both extremes. On one end: mass sends with generic templates that nobody reads, burning your domain and your reputation. On the other: handcrafted personalization, email by email, which works but doesn't scale beyond a few dozen contacts a week.
Between the two sits a space that didn't exist until recently: personalization at scale. AI can research hundreds of accounts — what they do, what they've published, what signals they're showing — and prepare a relevant message for each one. But without human judgement, that same AI produces generic filler dressed up as personalization. The system solves both problems: scale and judgement.
How the system works
- Strategy and segmentation. We define with you who to contact and with which angles. Each segment gets its own base message, built on real problems, not automated flattery.
- Deliverability infrastructure. Secondary domains, dedicated mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, and proper warm-up. Without this foundation, the best message dies in spam. We explain it under deliverability.
- AI research and personalization. The AI Outbound Engine enriches every account with verified data and prepares the context: what to reference, which problem to connect to, what to avoid. A person reviews samples from every batch before launch.
- Multichannel sequences. We combine email with other touchpoints in a multichannel sequence, with follow-ups that add something new at every touch — not "did you see my last email?".
- Weekly optimisation. We measure replies by segment and angle, cut what doesn't work and scale what does. The system improves with every iteration.
What's included
- A documented outbound strategy: segments, angles and messages.
- Full sending infrastructure, configured and warmed up.
- Data: list building, enrichment and verification.
- Per-account AI personalization with human review.
- Multichannel sequences, written and managed.
- Continuous optimisation and reporting on what gets replies and what doesn't.
Who it's for
For B2B companies that already know who they want to sell to and need to open conversations with those accounts consistently. It works especially well with higher deal sizes and identifiable markets, where each qualified conversation carries real value.
It's not for anyone looking to send tens of thousands of generic emails, or for teams that can't handle the replies. Volume without relevance is spam, and we don't do it.
If you'd rather validate before scaling, the Outbound Validation Sprint tests your message and market within a bounded period. And if you don't know what shape your current outbound is in, start with the outbound audit or the free diagnostic. Either way, the first step is a strategy call where we see whether your case fits.
Does this fit your situation?
We review it against your specific case in a 30-minute call. No strings attached.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI write and send the emails on its own?
No. The AI researches each account, prepares the context and drafts the message. Strategy, angles and final review are human. Nothing goes out without a person validating the approach and reviewing samples from every segment.
Won't this burn my domain?
The opposite: infrastructure is half the system. We send from secondary domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, warmed-up mailboxes and controlled volumes. Your main domain is never used for prospecting.
What's the difference between this and a cold email tool?
The tool is a small part. The system includes ICP definition, data, infrastructure, messaging, execution and continuous optimisation. Buying the tool without the system is like buying an oven and expecting it to bake the bread.
Is B2B cold email legal in the EU?
Business-to-business outreach can rely on legitimate interest under the GDPR when done properly: genuine relevance, professional data, a clear opt-out and a documented basis for processing. We design campaigns to that standard and document it.
